RETURN POLICY
DENTURE REFUNDS
If there are any issues with your denture(s), please email us detailed description with pictures of your dentures. You have up to 30 days from the time you receive the dentures to return the product for a 100% refund, and if they are returned after 30th day but before the 60th day, we will refund 50%. The shipping of item to buyer is refundable but the return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date that we receive the returned denture(s). This refund policy / warranty is only available for cases that don't have stumps, broken teeth, shaved teeth, that have at least 6 natural teeth per jaw, and for approved impressions. Please note that the teeth color and gum color cannot be changed after the partials are made and since the colors are chosen by you, the partials cannot be returned for a refund, nor exchanged, if you are not pleased with your color choices. If you had any changes in your mouth after the impressions were taken or if the impressions do not accurately capture the shape of your mouth, then that voids any warranty. Warranty voided means that you cannot return the partials for a refund. The partials are only guaranteed to fit the impressions that are provided.
IMPRESSION KIT REFUNDS
Used impressions kits and shipping costs are non-refundable and the prepaid return label is valid for 1 month. Unopened impression kits that the buyer had for over a month from the purchase date are also nonrefundable. If a buyer wants to return their unopened kit that they had for less than a month from the purchase date, then the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date that we receive the returned impression kit; this applies to both PayPal purchases and Credit Card purchases.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is provided during checkout. If buyer leaves an old or wrong address during the checkout, then we are not responsible to refund for a kit unless it is returned. If buyer would like another kit, then the buyer will need to purchase another kit at their own expense.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If a buyer wants to cancel an order or a duplicate order needs to be canceled, then the PayPal fees associated with the transaction are non-refundable because PayPal does not refund the transaction fees, which are 2.9%+$0.30 per each transaction.
IF YOU HAVE STUMPS AND THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE DENTURES BECAUSE OF THE STUMPS, THEN THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED.
Stumps do not provide enough space for the flexible material to hold the denture teeth very securely. If you leave a note on the form that you don't want denture teeth over the stumps, then the warranty will still apply and we will not make denture teeth over the stumps. If you would like to re-order a partial, then you would first need to remove the stumps or make the stumps at gum line level to provide more room for the denture teeth in order to stay securely in the flexible material.
Please note that the warranty is voided for the following scenarios:
- If you have less than 6 natural teeth on the jaw for which you are ordering the dentures
- If you have stumps or broken teeth over which you want the denture
- If you use your own stone models or impressions that were not made from our VPS impression material
- If you want to reorder by using impressions that are over 1 year old
- If the shape of your teeth or mouth changed after you took the impressions (e.g. impressions were taken before dental work)
Warranty voided means that you cannot return the partials for a refund. We will try our best in fabricating the partials. We still offer free adjustment during the first month after you receive the dentures.
STONE MODELS
If you decide to use your own stone models instead of doing the impressions by using our impression kit, then there is a possibility that some teeth on your stone models might become loose or broken during the last stages of the fabrication process. In such cases, Low-Priced Flexible Dentures is not going to replace the stone models but will ship your original stone models to you with the loose or broken tooth/teeth on the stone model. However, our dentures are still guaranteed to fit the stone models that you provided.

By purchasing or using any service or product offered by DentureSmile, you accept the Disclaimer on behalf of yourself and any party you represent in connection with your use of any of our service or product. You agree that your dentist has checked for decay and gum disease and taken X-rays in the last six to 18 months, that you are 18 years or older and that you followed the directions provided by DentureSmile. You agree to visit a licensed dentist within a month after receiving denture(s) from DentureSmile to verify the health of your mouth. In no event will DentureSmile, its employees, members, or affiliates be liable to you on any legal theory for any incidental, direct, consequential, indirect, punitive, actual, special, exemplary or other damages, including without limitation, loss of income or revenue, lost profits, pain and suffering, cost of substitute goods or services, emotional distress, or similar damages suffered or incurred by you or any third party that arise in connection with the services or products (or the termination thereof for any reason), even if DentureSmile has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PRIVACY POLICY
All customer information is kept confidential. DentureSmile does not trade, sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties. Some of the images of the impressions are used for teaching purposes. Transactions and collection of personally identifiable information is done through the PayPal website, which is protected by their SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
